Hi all,

Just quick post to show everyone my new purchase:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/271529379157?ssPageName=...

Just won the bid on ebay and think I've done well looking at the price of other similar condition Monzas. Does anyone have any experience with this particular watch?

Many thanks,
Michael

I've had both the ETA and Zenith c36 Chronographs; they're really nice watches with a lovely case shape.

Enjoy!

Thanks Yeti. Would have loved the 36 but very rare and a bit above my current budget!

Ah, there will be one around when you're ready. For the moment, that's a cracking watch at that money smile

Thank you mate. The only thing concerning me is the lack of original strap (although clasp is present). How much would I be looking at for a genuine tag strap?

Seriously, don't bother - somewhere on the region of 250 quid I'd say; 270 rings a bell. Avoid!

Hirsch (via somewhere like watchobsession) make great quality stuff, decent 'croc style' for 30 quid or genuine alligator/croc for about 180ish and everything in between.

The deployant clasp is the important bit!
