Should i get a Tuscan

Hi All
Need some help please, I've had my Chim 4.0HC for 3years now and loved every minute of it she has been a joy!!
But I'm getting the urge for a Tuscan, Would I notice a lot of difference in performance,Handling etc.
Is it a step up in TVR ownership?

Yes, but different... you will miss the V8 rumble ... so my advice is have both .

You can correct the bits TVR didn't get right on Tuscan handling and don't have to put up with the Noddy car styling of the Tamora tho'. The aesthetics on the Tuscan are timeless and you can't argue with a hundred more horses. Coin toss between RV8 & straight six for me on sound. Running costs a tad different mind.

YES!!!!!!!

Sold my Chim 18 months back and just bought a Tuscan, I miss the V8 sound track, but the Tuscan is streets ahead IMO,after having a few issues with the first Tuscan I contemplated getting another Chim instead, but glad I didn't and wind it up and the noise.... Wow

Running cost I feel will be a bit higher. But fingers crossed.

I've had 3 Chim,s 4and5 ltrs and 3 Tuscans, all nice cars BUT the Tuscans are miles better build quality and quicker.
I have never had to spend a fortune on any Tuscan just servicing every year at Power, about £400 / £500 a visit.

Think you could be right Steve.
I might spend the money on an upgrade, turbo or supercharger.
Or im I opening up a can of worms.
Any suggestions?

I'm sorry you appear to have been upset - perhaps I should have added a smilie which might have made a difference.
However, it doesn't alter the fact that it does look very tight.
