Accidentally 'caused' an accident.... :-(

Well, sort of. In the Lambo, making progress, overtook an old doddler doing 25 in a 60 and rapidly up to 60, 1 mile, braked, turned right in to a NSL side road, up to 60 again.
Checked my mirror to see somebody follow me in the turning (quite a way back), swerve across the road and straight in to the hedge on the wrong side of the road. The poor young chap overcooked it in his little Citroen C2 and ended up firmly wedged in the hedge whilst trying to 'catch' me.
I was already around the next bend and only just caught him in my mirrors, so very nearly didn't see it.
Swung around to check he was ok, but he was already out of the car and on the phone. Turns out he lives on that road so was only about 500m from his house. Came out with an excellent story about his brakes failing....
It was only a young chap, obviously a rally fan as he had a Colin McRae sticker on his boot. Felt really sorry for him, but we've all been there and done something stupid, haven't we?
On the plus side, it didn't look like much actual damage, maybe just pull the bushes and grass from the suspension and he'll be back on the road in no time. A bit slower next time, one would hope.
Feel a bit bad despite it being in no way my fault.
Yeah yeah, cool story bro....

Chap in a beemer tried to keep pace with me in my Legacy in the snow. Did a good enough job until he left the road at a corner and went down a hill onto someone's drive. It clearly wasn't intentional as he took out both of the trees marking the entrance to the drive (sideways).
I didn't stop as he'd not long left the pub I'd passed and I just didn't want the hassle.

Was once out on a spirited drive organised via a form. The group contained a wide variety of cars.
The vx220 turbo sets were leading followed by me in my 182 and mk5 r32 behind. The driving went from spirited to verging on the ridiculous and after a fair few anchors on moments to make the next corner we rounded a 90 degree left . My rear view mirror gave me an excellent view of the r32 going straight on.
He was very lucky that the gate to the field he entered was open otherwise it could have been messy.

I've had a very similar thing, twice, both on the exact same corner!
There's a country lane I used to use every morning, it's very twisty, quite narrow, and has a shocking badly broken road surface. Basically, everything I look for in a road
There's a left-hander, with a dip/compression in the middle of it, and then a very nasty pothole on the inside to boot, with decent damping, and enough suspension travel, it wasn't much of an issue in my car, in fact, I pretty much set it up for roads just like that.
However, the odd occasion I use it in the late evening on the way home (when the boy racers are whizzing around town trying to see if their 5" bore exhaust will blow the knickers down on any 16 year old lasses), and quite often you get some tit tailgating you through the 30's and 40's trying to race.
Usually, after you pootle along at 30/40mph and ignore them, they turn around at the end of the dual carriageway and go buzzing back into town.
Occasionally, you hook one that is braver than the rest, and I get a Punto/Corsa/other Chavmobile turn and follow me up the lane. Now, for the chosen few, that's probably the last I see of them as they realise how rough the road is with their 18" wheels, rubber-band tyres, non-existent suspension travel and ebay special coilovers from China, and they slow right down.
Twice, however, I've hooked one that's not only braver than the rest, but also much more stupid, and they've tried to keep up. Unfortunately, that corner is pretty early on, and whilst I may only be going around it at the NSL, the laws of physics decides that they need to give the Theory of Evolution a helping hand.
So, the first time, a very low Punto, complete with very badly painted bodykit, dropped back before this corner, but not too far, I could still see him - but after checking my rear view mirror a few times, he had gone completely after it. More than a little confused I slow down. Still no Punto.
Slower, walking pace.
No Punto.
My own brain decided wake up and intervene at this moment, and point out that he's either crashed, or broken down, so, given I always have a toolbox in the boot, and I'm not the sort of person to just whiz past someone who's broken down at the side of the road, I turn around, and drive back down the hill and around the corner.
No Punto.
There is, however, a gap in the hedge opposite the apex of the corner, where the pothole is. Ah. The proverbial lightbulb-above-head moment occurs.
And a young lad, looking very pale, still sat in the drivers seat of his Punto, in the field, gripping the steering wheel hard and even after he got out of the car, he spent 5 minutes mutter 'Oh s
t, oh s
t, oh s
t, Mum's gonna kill me'.
Bodywork was a hell of a mess but the car still actually moved and drove so I left my number and left him to it.
A week later, at the very same spot, a Corsa driver does the same thing. In fact, he was such an amazing driver, he hit the hole the Punto driver had made in the hedge the week before.
Murphy's Law, being pissed off at the Law of Physics for not doing a proper job of helping the Theory of Evolution out - decides to step in this time, and although he'd done a great job of missing the hedge, a stray branch punched a hole in the radiator and left coolant strewn all over the road.
So I got a nice reward for being a good Samaritan after being told over the phone to stand in a safe spot and slow the traffic down until a council cleanup van arrived.
Someone else crashes, and I got to spend 40 minutes in the cold, waving down the odd car, and listening to a bigger book of excuses from the lad driving than even Maldonado has, whilst he keeps going around fiddling with the bonnet and radiator like he's magically going to find it fixed if he goes back to look enough times.

Might have been a bit worse than I thought....
I can see what he did now, came round the corner too fast, hit the verge on the left, over-corrected, and in to the hedge on the other side.
Big puddle on the road so looks like the radiator went pop. Nasty looking broken branch in the bush too so I expect there's a fair bit of damage on the driver's side.
This is literally just after the right hand turn. It's a 90 degree, 15mph corner at most.
Poor chap, I still feel bad. None of my business, of course, but it's exactly the sort of thing I would have done in my younger days (albeit probably wouldn't have been QUITE so risky).

Ouch. Can't imagine a Saxo stood up well to that.
Drove my Cayman through Sheffield on a Friday night last year - every donkey in creation, mostly in Saxos and Fiestas, wanted to race. Dangerous as hell in the wet with all those tram tracks. Was never sure if best to boot it and leave them, or just drive like Miss Daisy, and have them buzzing around me like an annoying fly.

Two blokes in a Montego Turbo shot out from a few cars back at a largish roundabout on the Henley road by the Chinese restaraunt and overtook me on the roundabout. It's single lane approach but opens to two lanes to allow right turns into an industrial estate but the main exit is single lane and off to the left.
Long/short as the Montego reached the apex, just past me and as the passenger was out the window shouting abuse the car under steered into the central reservation collapsing the front wheels underneath it and bending a sign post down onto its roof.
One of the wierdest acts of random road aggression I recall.

My dad told me that he once did that once on a motorbike following someone on a road he didn't know on his old Aprilia RSVR. Again, gate open.He was very lucky that the gate to the field he entered was open otherwise it could have been messy.
I'd imagine they farmers get so pissed off having to replace gates all the time that they just leave them open!
