The fault of my sticky starter... (With picture)

So I've been fighting a loosing battle with a steadily worsening starting issue since I got my chim, so decided to get the starter off and take it to a local chap who reworks them, he was well recommended and seemed to know his stuff.

You'll see in the picture one half of the connection is heavily corroded, so hopefully this is the fault with my starter.



It wasn't overly cheap but worked out better value than the remanufactured ones on eBay, and it's nice to see what was wrong inside my own starter.
