Hello everyone.
As some of you will know I have defected to the "Dark Side" and bought a Chimaera....
I know what some of you will think but I have to learn for myself, and based on initial impressions I think it will be a VERY steep learning curve!
Anyway over the time I owned the S I collected several spares for it. I have listed these on ebay if anyone is interested. Amongst them is a brand new set of GAZ shocks and springs and an indicator (!).
If anyone is interested message me via ebay and we can take it from there.
Regards Chris.

Do you want to give us a link to one of the items so we can see what you've got?

I am really sorry but I have no idea how to add a link!!
My username is sterlingkv6, from my Rover days, so have a look for me if it helps.
I am not expecting the asking price for the shocks! I am hoping to deal off ebay to avoid the heavy commission in that instance, naughty I know.
Chris.

...yes that's Chris, you can look on other items by seller to see the rest - looks like some bargains...so how low can you go for the springs and shocks set for an impoverished S owner... wink

Thanks for all the help and adding the link. Wish I knew how to do that!
The listings seem to have created a lot of interest and watchers too.
Unfortunately the column bearing is now sold, I was asked about it a couple of weeks ago and gently reminded when I put it on ebay...
Collection of anything is fine but I doubt I'll be around in the daytime for the forseeable future due to work commitments.
I will still look on the forum just in case the Chimaera proves too much!

The Bakelite door knob; isn't that a Chimaera part?

It would be an upgrade as they have no door handles.
