In all the paperwork that I've read I thought the maximum boost for the S102 was around six psi but I have today been told that it's more like 10 psi ??

Adam Q what it the real figure ?

That's what I thought Rob ! Mines running on the low side not sure why yet but after a mapping session the fuelling is much better now !!

It will be tested/capable of a higher pressure but the operating pressure is 6psi I am sure.

Hi Martin...I know that the psi is determined by pulley size, When i had the S102 tested on Delilah it was running 4-5psi which was governed by the pulley's...Running them at full chat..(10-12psi).. apparently is not good and it wears the bearing out inside a lot quicker.

Having a really reliable ignition set up is a big part of it..Being able to adjust the timing and fuelling accurately is essential...Im surprised that the SX cars had solid state FPR...I presume the ECU's were tweaked for the injector openings but i still think it was a primitive application that could do with some re-designing, Especially in the here and now...Ziga

PS:Please put me in my place if I'm talking twaddle... smile
