What did I see?-unmarked Zafira&Transit Connect with blues

So on my way back yesterday at around 15:30, I saw a black, unmarked zafira with totally blacked out rear windows & blue lights in the grill hammering up the A1 northbound followed closely by a white Transit Connect Van, also totally unmarked with blue strobes and flashing headlights.

Now I can't see the police having unmarked white vans and although zafiras are popular for the dog section, again I can't see an unmarked one being a likely choice?

Second thoughts were Fire Brigade as I know their top guys have blues on their cars, but this doesn't fit the transit connect?

Any ideas??

There most certainly have been unmarked dog vans, in various colours, in the West Mercia area.

I haven't seen any for a while, so maybe they shift them around.

They even had an unmarked old style Ford Mondeo estate here a couple of years back.
