From the angle of the picture the R3 looks far too much like a Vauxhall Astra for my liking.

agree with you on that one, one of the reasons I like Saabs is cos of their purposful and 'grown up' appearance, every 'max power' version I've seen has been a shocker

Forgot to say - the aero parts do kinda put a downer on rallying this car like the older models I went out in, but it looks good for the road.

It would be worth looking at the mid-range performance figures , normally Saab tune the car for this which is more real world
