Mid-Essex TVRCC Convoy X1X...! Sunday 12th December

Another Sunday… another meet, and another convoy to that meet! The 19th Mid-Essex TVRCC convoy is starts in the same place as always...

Meet at the White Hart

As usual we will be meeting at the White Hart from 11:00, before heading off to the meet at Great Totham at around 12:00...

Directions to the White Hart

Got a TVR and never been on the convoy, or to the meet..?!?! Want to know how to get to the White Hart...?

1) Take the A12 towards Colchester (again, you pass under the A12 first)

2) Turn off at J19 (Boreham) – keep in the left-hand lane.

3) Take the 2nd exit (the first takes you to the Royal Mail sorting office!)

4) Follow the road, it turns to a 40mph

5) The White Hart is on your left a few hundred yards further on.

6) If you get to the roundabout, you have gone too far..!

Keep your fingers crossed for "sensible" weather on Sunday… and hopefully we wont have to take paddles with us If it has been raining, please bear in mind that the driveway at the Forresters (and the track down to it) can get slippy… we had a couple of spins this time last year…

Okay folks......at the risk of getting completely flamed........

This month there will be a theme to the Meet.
I racked my brains for a suitable theme but decided to play it safe and stick with ....well...Christmas!

So.......would all peeps participating in this month's shananigans please come dressed in suitable apparel.....i.e. a Santa Hat!

or.....if a Santa Hat does not appeal....any type of Christmas Hat will be accepted.

Santa Hats may be purchased from any tacky gift shop for the knock down price of 1 sqidlet.....or if desperate raid one of last year's odd crackers!....so....no excuses please.........

Podie is expected back in time for the convoy and we will undoubtedly here from him nearer the end of the week.

I'll be along to the meet but not the convoy. Still haven't got Tas back yet So I will go straight to the Forrester's in my new everyday car. If however someone would like to take me out for a spin at the meet, that would be greatly appreciated as I'm suffering from severe withdrawal symptoms at the moment. There will of course be a in it for you.
