Office nightmare

Hello,

I tried to update office earlier but downloading the update from the microsoft website mainly because I wanted equation editor. Now I can't open any bloody office application because it asks for the disc to finish installing, problem is i'm not in the same place as the disc!

Any suggestions as to how I get around this problem?

I really need office just now as I've a lot of university work to get on with!

My uni used to have a copy of the latest office available to install over the network, with an educational use site licence. Maybe yours does the same
