Both about the same price, both come to home to fit. Anyone have any comments re the service?

I've used etyres several times and sent them to my Mum. Well recommended by both of us

Unfortunately I cannot recommend eTyres .... they let me down on two occasions. On both occasions I ordered online, one working day before fitting:

On the first occasion the depot person rang me up on the day of "fitting", and told me they wouldn't be able to supply the tyre for 10-11 days! nono

On the second occasion the driver/fitter was fully booked for the day ... so why was I able to arrange fitting online, over one working day beforehand? nono

It should be impossible to order a tyre online if: A) The tyre will not be in stock for almost a fortnight, or B) They are fully booked for that day! eTyres refunded me on both occasions, but they caused me a lot of inconvenience.

I've used Tyres in the Drive, very helpful, turned up bang on time, overall very good service. I'll use them again.

I've used Etyres several times on my own cars and we use them at work too. Only once had an issue, when I couldn't find the locking wheel nut key and they didn't have one. Sorted the next day though, with no issues.

I always use event-tyres.co.uk - same as the companies above I guess, just another name to chuck in if the other 2 don't have your tyre.

Never heard of tyres on the drive. Used etyres a few times but have found event to be really good and cheap too. They call you back to confirm everything.

Have you tried Tyre Giant, our partner? They'll give you a great price and it's run by a PHer.
