Can you tow with a Vantage? There are videos of them towing a caravan and also a cygnet so who supplies them?

No. From page 11.7 of the Owner's Manual:

Towing
This vehicle is not engineered to tow any form of caravan, boat or trailer.
No towing devices are approved for installing to this vehicle, other than a front towing eye to aid recovery or loading of this vehicle onto a transporter.

The boring greys/silvers/blacks are meant to be best for resale but I think a Roadster looks great in that light blue.

You're not supposed to tow with an S3 but I did many times without any issues. Just don't crash. Not quite sure why you would want to tow with a Vantage. Better off buying a cheap car for towing duties.

Tow bars can be fitted to non approved cars for "cycle rack holders only". Make sure you don't have to cut the bumper or anything though.
