Abacus alarms, London!
I've not got their details to hand but they fixed and replaced my fobs etc, I'm sure they'll know if you can get replacements.

There's two types isn't there; one easily replaced and the other not so?

This yes
They stock the latest meta siren. Its pretty straight forward to fit with an adapter wire which you simply plug in. You do have to remove the top part of the dash though!

Cheers, dash already off anyway. Just wondered if anybody had replaced their alarm and had a spare siren. It's the chunky cricket ball sized thingy... I all honesty, the exhaust is louder than the siren!

I've just been through all this with mine. Brought a replacement from Abacus which was easy to fit with the supplied adapter but it still didn't work. Turned out that power wasn't getting to the siren and the control box had shorted.

Mine was sorted by Dave at HF solutions, worth calling him if you get any issues.

But not at 3 in the morning when some low life is trying to pinch your PAJ. By the time you hear the exhaust, you're too late.

When I had my immobiliser replaced I recall being told there was a replacement META alarm, but it wasn't as intelligent. It was something along the lines of if the battery goes flat or you disconnect the battery, you have to put a key in it (or something) to reset it. I don't know whether there is a newer more advanced siren for it now.

mine had a key socket in to to turn it off

why do you need the dash off to change the siren? (mine is at the front of the car with a rubberised connector???)

The abacus siren needs an adapter fitted to the control box which is in the dash
