Hi guys,
I have a 2009 XF with 27k miles and have a problem with the air con. When starting the car in warm/hot weather cool air comes out of the passenger fascia vents but warm air from the drover's vents. After driving for a few miles the air from the sriver's vents gradually cools but never gets as cool as that from the pasenger vents. Jaguar main dealer checked & said the condensor needs replacing at £800+. If that's the case then why do I get cool air from some vents & not others? I'd have thought that I'd get less than cold air from all vents. Don't want to spend that kind of money unless it's the correct fix.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Can't help I'm afraid, but you'll probably find some decent help over on http://www.jaginfo.org/forum.php

There's loads of expertise on there, and hopefully it's maybe just a motor behind the dash needs a look at.

Have you tried going to the climate screen and cycling through all of the settings several times?

It could just be a sticking vent motor?
