Good form!
Not sure about the parking in the disabled bay though....unless of course you are in fact disabled, in which case ignore me.

Awesome!

I park in the disabled bay at work all the time, simply because we have no-one at work who's disabled and i'm always first in!

We're allowed to use the disabled bays at work if the car park is full and as long as we can be contacted if someone disabled turns up and needs us to move. Bit of common sense works wonders biggrin

Bet that raised a few smiles on the commute!

I used to park in my old workplace disabled spot too as we had no disabled people there. Also used to use their lavatory, much nicer than the normal ones biggrin

Disabled toilets are a blessing. Space for the briefcase, a place to hang your jacket and space to unfurl a broadsheet. Nice car too!

I got told off by a Manchester Airport official type woman for using the disabled toilet, I had made the grave error of a sizable curry feast the night before a long hall work trip, so, 7 am in the morning it decides it wants out and all available traps were full, so I used the disabled loo.

Anyway, job done I come out and was accosted by this woman waiting outside who says "you do know that is a disabled toilet", I just said "yes I do, another 30 seconds and I would have been"

Parking is a different matter but are you meant to crap yourself if there is a disabled toilet stood empty on the off chance someone with a disability appears and needs it, plus how did she know I wasnt disabled, many disabilities dont require a wheelchair or any other outward sign, and there is no equivalent of a blue badge for going for a poo .

I once saw a guy walk out of a disabled trap at Stafford Services, and got a roasting from somebody about it. Cool as you like he replied with "I am disabled, I can't read."

On the subject of disabled toilets, we were once given a disabled room in a Travel Lodge, as that was the only one going.

The OH nips in the loo, and thought the bit of red string hanging down was the light switch, need I say more...........
