Don't use a watch but fancy one, nearly bought a Rolex Submariner a few years back but couldn't get on with the weight on my wrist. Have seen a TAG that is all black but don't know what model. Like plain rather than flash, needs to be waterproof.

Last watch I had was 28 years ago and was an all black Swatch with black face and fingers. Would love to find one from a collector

Any thoughts

A titanium watch or one with a leather strap will be lighter than all stainless steel.

What about a Tissot PRS516? Quite a bit under budget too.

50m water resistance isn't great though.

TAG make some of the lightest watches at that price point. Brand is a bit cheesy, though.

Damasko DA36 black? Simple, clean and super hard wearing. Spend the change on a few decent nato straps.

Oris Aquis or Oris TT1 Racer will fit the bill. Great watches, great brand
