BBQ'd lamb leg
Discussion
Popped into my favourite butchers this morning and got a nice leg of lamb butterflied.
It's been marinading all day, ready for a bbq tomorrow.
Skin side> crushed smoked garlic and finely chopped anchovies
Flesh side > grated lemon skin , lemon juice, big bunch of chopped rosemary, smoked paprika, black pepper and balsamic vinegar.
Can't bloody wait for lunch tomorrow, my fridge smells amazing.

it only took about 15-20 minutes, i put it on the top rack and covered white coals so that it was a medium heat. Turned every few minutes and basted with the remainder of the marinade, and right at the end i put it on the lowest rack to colour up a bit.
The anchovy/garlic marinade went crispy. Bloody delicious.
