T350 Mbe Ecu Versus Tuscan s 4.0 Ecu and harness

I have looked all morning for info on Ecu for T350/Sag
On ebay there are some pics of the Ecu, it looks as though for the T350 harness it uses 3 connectors to hook up the harness to the ecu.
In G Varleys book the Ecu looks the same as the Tuscan/Cerb Ecu with the single harness connector type.
I have a Tuscan and about to swap engines from 4L S to 3.6 and wondered if I need to swap the harness from the engine to the bulk head and the engine bay bulk head to ecu or are they the possibly the same.
Does anybody know the part number for T350/Sag Ecu or whether I can just swap the chips from 4.0 to 3.6
