Aero petrol filler problem
Discussion
Hi,
does anyone else have problems with the aero filler assembly? Petrol dispenser guns at petrol stations don't really fit in properly.
Could this be a problem with how it's installed in my CSR 200? Or is the geometry just not right for the thicker spouts? (The old spouts used for leaded petrol were narrower).

It's a fairly well known problem, take a look here for a possible solution http://www.blatchat.com/t.asp?id=231886
Colin, follow my link and it's the 14th post down.
Simple follow the photos to remove the filler cap and grind out the flap. All will be well after this.
You will need a Dremell grinder for this.
Obviously! Take appropriate safety precautions when dealing with petrol vapour fumes.
