Hi, I have developed a raft of smaller problems, but through talking to others, feel they might be related.

I've been showing some classic symptoms of yeast overgrowth, including fatigue, aches and pains, itchy all over, dry, sore eyes, nails splitting, brain fog....it goes on.

Long story short....I'm trying to cut out as much sugar as possible, so no crap, no fruits or juices, no beer, no bread.....high protein, low carb diet to help restore the balance.

I will see how this goes ( a week in so far)

Does anyone on here know about this or have any experience of it?

Regards

Hoofy

When I saw the title, I immediately thought "infection" which led me to think "stress". A quick google suggests having a stressful lifestyle doesn't help as it lowers your immunity.

I believe stress would not help matters, but I feel this is not the root cause.

Hoping to hear about others in a similar boat and to find out what's what!

Hi

Not from personal experience, but would suggest you get your liver function tested re the all over itching. A friend and colleague of mine had this last year coupled with feeling really crap. It turned out her liver was blocked and was slowly poisoning her. They had trouble getting and keeping it unblocked so please get yourself checked out.
