Is leasing for me?

Personally I've always been a bit worried getting tied down financially and try to keep that down to a minimum. Besides the usual monthly direct debits for bills etc I've only have the mortgage to pay. I've just settled my car finance last year and now fully own my E92 M3.
Anyway been looking around and there are indeed some tempting PCP deals on new cars. I like new cars and from history has a preference to change cars every 2/3 years. I also don't do big mileage circa 10k a year. If I do commit maximum I'm looking to put out monthly is £250 and any less than that would be a big bonus.
Ownership cost of the M3 is relatively low at the moment as I've got just over 1 year left on service pack and warranty however I do have some concerns on what to do after that.
So in conclusion, let's say I'm targeting to spent £250/month, have circa £28,000 equity as down payment what would be the best lease deal option and car?
I don't mind something sensible but would really hope for it to be fun as well and hopefully hold value well so I can use that at the end of term as down payment for another car.
