So I've been looking for something fun to run alongside my e46 330ci sport. Although I've only put around 7000 miles on that in 18 months!

I wanted something that I could use to get into the odd track day as I'm getting too old to drive stupidly fast on public roads.

After looking at a few options I settled on the clio sport as they are cheap and seem to be favoured for track day enthusiasts.

This is what I ended up with.





They are so much fun to drive! I wish I had bought one sooner. This has had a few bits done to it, hopefully making it more suited for track use. Still great fun on the road.

Specs....

Matched inlet manifolds
Flowed head, done by allstage heads
Cat cams
Koni damper adjustable shocks
Eibach springs
Solid front top mounts
Ferodo ds2500 front pads
Solid dogbone mount

Its done 77000 miles and came with a 10 month mot. Also found a receipt for more than I paid for the car to have the cambelt and dephaser done recently, plus a few other bits.

The only thing I'm not sure on is the tints but they can be removed. Overall I'm very happy with this little car and it definately puts a grin on your face!

Nice. I would personally keep the back and rear window tints,but remove the front side window tints,as not only will it look better,it will also be legal.

Yes I thought about that option with the tints but I'm not too keen on the look of having a tinted rear with a non tinted front so would probably remove them all together.

Not a major worry at the moment though.
