Where are the 996 gt2 cars

There used to be 10 to 12 996 gt2 for sale in the uk now there are only 2. Apparently there are only 60 remaining wondering if this is true or not ( according to piston heads register post ).

i checked 'Howmanyleft.co.uk' and total GT2 left in UK both 996 and 997 is 158 at start of 2014, you cannot tell how many are 996 I think the most registered was a total of 121 by 2005 and it dropped to 111 by 2007 when new model was coming out. I expect its below 100 now.

For all GT2 .....also 38 SORN over winter, still its impressive that 120 people have them on the road over winter !

Hadn't realised there were potentially so few remaining.

Just checked the two on Pistonheads. There was a black one with tan leather - did it sell?

Is that all there is, 158? Never knew it was so few. Going on those figures I presume there is only 40 odd 997s. Rarer than a McLaren F1

Last time I checked there was only 29 2009 Club Sports and some of these have been crashed or exported..

There were 28 C16 2009 cars imported so certainly less than 29 with the CS option, probably more like 10 (this is a guess not fact)

When I bought my comfy spec one I was after a Club sport. I was told there was 3 in the UK (997). Though your on about 996 so just ignore me.
