Shock absorber thrust washers

I'm renovating my front suspension and am re-fitting the front shock absorbers (Bilstein with the smaller C0092 bushes). I can't remember any thrust washers coming off when I was taking it apart. I assume there should be some fitted so my question is where is the best place to get these from?
BTW The bush steel centres are slightly larger than the wishbone bushes so can't use those fibre wishbone washers. What's also puzzling me is I needed one new bush and got one from ebay and don't recall any washers coming with that bush - Am I going loopy??
