2015 Passat

Nicer than the old-before-it's-launched new Mondeo, but this just seems so derivative to me. I think we're going through another 'all new cars look the same' phase at the moment.

Looks a bit better than the current car, which I think looks perfectly decent in an inoffensive, conservative kind of way. VW are never ever going to do anything radical with the Passat, or the Golf, or the Polo, as they know what sells to their target market.

However I was hoping for a slightly more interesting interior. The one pictured looks OK, but in bog standard grey 'n' black (as nearly all of them will be) it's not far from the current functional-but-oh-so-dull one.

Looks nice enough. Like a Passat really, nice enough, pretty smart but rather boring.
I like the interior, are those dials a screen like the Range Rover?

No doubt it will be more refined and more spacious than previous but......oh I'm sorry I just fell asleep
