Like many I have a radar app on my Tablet -smart phone , I have recently set them for alerts for 7700 7600 squawks.I am amazed and also slightly alarmed at how many alerts happen.
How many alerts are genuine ?
How many are accidentally triggered ?
What is the trigger to declare an emergency ?(what sort of failure etc))
Sorry if this has been done before or indeed done to death .
