Dukes of Hazard Rolls Royce !?

Driving through Milton Keynes today, approached a roundabout (yes really) and a Rolls Royce in full Dukes of Hazard paintwork came round and pressed his air horns, no surprise that it played the Dixie tune.
Couldn't get my son to take a photo in time, anyone else seen or heard of this car?

Think it's some of the boys from Newport Pagnell with there yearly charity rally car.

Last year they did a Espace shed with actual wood panels on the exterior with hanging baskets etc.
