There's ample room to open doors when you're on board, so width shouldn't be an issue. Although thinking about it, if you're unlucky enough to be parked outside one of the onboard toilets it will be.
On a side note, something else that bothers me are the nobs that try to squeeze between the cars. Last time, so dozy cow pulled off my front number plate as she couldn't be bothered to walk around.

Not if parked near the toilets. They parked me near them once in the Vette and it was impossible to get out. My car has a very well hidden fuel filler (looks like a tow bar mount) and the tank is under the boot floor, so once full of camping gear it won't be visible. Wonder if i could chance it over the ferry??! What if they notice? I will get sent away without a refund?

The deal is the risk of explosion in a confined space. It is about as sensible as bringing a load of fireworks onto a plane. The very least you could expect is being sent away without a refund. Then why do you think LPG is banned wise guy? Just a quixotic decision by the Eurotunnel authorities so that they can reduce the possible market for their tunnel?
