Cheap low mileage shed. Will this be reliable?

I need to buy a cheap reliable shed this weekend. Autotrader has come up with this.

Providing the mileage is genuine (I've spoken to the bloke selling the car and he says MOT certificates prove genuine mileage), does anyone have any thoughts on the reliability of the engine? Renaults 1.4l 16v?

Does it have a cam-belt? Check, if it does it might want to be done at some point soon (age related degredation as opposed to general usage wear and tear warranting replacement)

Go see it, have a thourough good look over it...check the fluid levels, start it up and take it for a drive and get it nice and hot

Low mileage so I suspect its been a hsort-journey car, sometimes not a great thing but if its had regular servicing and been kept clean and looks clean, shouldnt be too bad

Yes its a belt rather than a chain so ill bear that in mind.

There's no real point in buying that car unless you really enjoy trying to solve random electrical problems. Just get a Honda Accord for the same money instead, if reliability is important.
