2004 E320 Bluetooth ViseeO MB-2 help

Hi all
I have a Visee) MB-2 installed in my Merc but after pairing my iphone5s the cars dash is still saying "No Phone"
but when i check on my phone its saying connected.
What am i missing ???
I even updated the bluetooth firmware from the ViseeO website but its still not working.
Any help will be gratefully appreciated.

I've got the same device in my clk,it seems to take my car a couple of minutes to acknowledge the connection.
