Dear Members,
I found out that one of my hydraulic hoses of the convertible roof system has been broken caused by a wear.
Does someone has experience with repairing:
-Are there companies where I can order(non-OE) a new hose to replace(diameter is appr 5mm)
-Are there repair kits available in the market to reconnect the hose ?
-Any other suggestions?

I look forward to your input, thank you in advance

Best regards

Sybrand

Our business experience of hydraulic hoses is the fitting are the pain to get right and it is worth upgrading to metal braided ones.
If you can get the old one off any hydraulics hose company can duplicate it for you in braided hose
Then you need to refill the and bleed the system with the correct oil

Thanks for the suggestion. I found a company in UK: www.cabriolet-roof-hoses.com
My contact Chris Porter helped me quick and he seems to have good knowledge in my opinion.
I look forward to receive the new hose by mail hopefully very soon. I keep the forum posted

I received the hose including oil. I fitted perfect and I save a lot of money thanks to Chris Porter from www.cabriolet-roof-hoses.com.
I recommend him to all forum members who have to replace hoses from their convertible.

Now i have problems to get the right settings and the failure codes disappearing from my dashboard. I made a separate topic for this issue

Good that they included oil
You could try a battery off reset though I know that doesn't clear hidden body codes

the battery reset was luckily enough to solve the issue! It works perfect again!
