Canyon sizing for Ladies

Been looking at a Canyon CF SLX for the missus as she has started whining that I am getting better on the hills than her so she needs a lighter bike...
She currently has a Giant Avail Composite 1 in a medium and the sizing is:

The Canyon website sizing guide is saying she is a medium as well:

Does this look right?
Where would be the best place to sell her Giant?
Should I just tell her to MTFU and spend the money on buying myself the new Canyon Strive CF

It'll be a slightly longer (depending on stem length) and looks like the front will be about an inch lower. Provided she doesn't mind the more racy position, it'll be ok.

How tall is she? I'm 5'8" and have the small (53) CF.

She is 5'7". I am 6'1" and have a large but have always thought it may be a little bit too big.

I have an medium Ultimate CF SLX due for delivery tomorrow.

Ordered it in April!

I could probably have ridden the medium but find the small the better fit. Might increased my stem from 90 to 100 mm but easier to adjust the fit of a smaller bike than a bigger one.
