Advert 'Under Moderation'?

I placed an advert on Saturday in 'Classifieds » Non-motoring » Other » Miscellaneous' which has still not appeared live. I just checked and it is showing as status 'Under Moderation'.

Can a mod please advise why it has not been put live?
