Hi,

I need to do some plumbing on my car, and it would be a LOT easier with the cover over the centre tunnel removed. The car is a 1998 SLR. Does anyone have any detailed photos of either an SLR with the centre tunnel cover removed, or a bare SLR chassis? I need to know where I can rivet in some P clips to hold hoses and wires and also the best routing for things.

I presume the centre tunnel cover can be removed by simply drilling out all the rivets accessible from the inside of the footwells, etc and will simply lift out?

ta.

Cable ties Ferg. Lots of things to attach them to, and no drilling holes in your ferrous chassis.

Thanks. Those are of a later chassis than mine.

Arnie has sorted me out with a raft of images, which has saved me a load of grief regarding removing the tunnel top, etc.

cheers
