Mobile immobilized specialist

Does such a thing exist? My dad's car has decided to stop working and rather than flat bed it to a specialist I wondered if someone could get it him. It's a merc and he lives in horsham.

As in the immobilizer wont disengage or it's just not starting?

You'll need an auto electrician, most are mobile as they'll have work subbed out to them by garages, you'll certainly be able to find one on Yell.

If it's just not starting - I'd give AA/RAC first crack at it, could be any number of things.
