Reverse car spotting that's a new one.

Sounds good, but I'm sure most people in London aside from the unexpecting old ladies are rather used to that sort thing to warrant a reactions video.

Sorry but is it only me that thinks " what a d1ck ". He wants to go out an open road and drive the thing properly if he wants to hear the exhaust.

I constantly have people shouting at me to "rev it mate" and I have to say its rather tiring

I can understand that, but at least understand the other side (which you probably do).

I live in a place that I see about one Lamborghini a year and maybe a Ferrari or two ("in the wild", compared to a car show). I don't feel that bad signaling asking for some noise or something like that.

They're probably more interested in why the geezer is filming them than the car!

Thought the same. It's so cringe worthy, but it's quite funny at the beginning when nobody is looking. hehe

I also live in the sticks, so if there is something tasty I tend to give a thumbs up in hope that it will be replied with some revs. Just a hope though I never expect much!

If I'm ever blessed enough to be able to own a supercar driving round central London will be pretty low on my list of priorities, i really don't understand the appeal.

If he wants the approval of school kids why not just hang around the school gates at finishing time like dubious boy racers in cars with noisy pipes have done for years, although it was Corsa SRs back in my day not R8s!

He makes his money out of videos on Youtube, got to try these things, invoke a reaction and get some views. It's often the videos that people think "dick" that do the best, it got this thread created afterall?

I don't understand why you'd do this, pure peacocking, with the emphasis on the cock IMHO.

But then I am old and don't get so called sports exhausts that do nothing for performance and just shout "look at me!"

This is the kind of person that gives the goods guys a bad name/rep.

Pointless and really doesn't sound 'amazing'.

Hugely cringey video. Supercars of London? The Gay Eight isn't a supercar. Basically trying to use an exhaust to bring attention to a car that otherwise wouldn't be looked at twice. As said if you DO want to film your exhaust take it out into a nice country road or something where you're not going to look like an attention seeking hairdresser

I managed 10 seconds. Then I remembered I was watching a video about people's reaction to an Audi...!
