It`ll be as `genuine` as most Swiss watches on ebay.

I dont understand this at all, surely the only people who have heard of the brand wouod be people fairly interested in watches. These people would not want a fake. So where is the market?

I reckon plenty would want one. Think of all the scrotes who see a rapper wearing one and then decide they want one.

Hmm, think I preferred the £10 Sekonda 3776.71 (unworn) I bought, and the postman brought, last month. Quartz it might be, but I hope to get a decade or so of use out of it before it deteriorates to that state.

On the bright side, your wife's purchase has one last use:
"Will it blend?"
