Anyone gone from Tuscan to Chimaera?

I know the usual approach is Chimaera to Tuscan, and that is exactly what I did 8 or so years ago, part exchanging a very nice 2000/W 450 for one of the Looney Tunes cars.
I've had a lot of fun and good memories with my Tuscan - epic Le Mans trips, the looks and comments, the blistering speed. The "fun" of various upgrades - Nitrons, complete respray, flip bonnet, lets not forget a 4.5 S6 too.
After spending a lot of money my Tuscan is in better shape than it has been for years. I always said I would never sell, but for some reason I seem to be falling out of love with it... I think a lack of use and when I do use it I miss the relatively relaxed experience that I recall from my Chimaera.
Am I mad to consider a return? Would I miss the handling, the speed, the more modern feel? Is my memory of a more relaxing place to be and less rattles and niggles just rose tinted glasses?
The obvious answer of course is to run both, but there are financial and storage considerations, so I'd be keen to know if anyone has gone back to the V8, and whether they have regretted it...

Personally I have recently gone from Chim to Tuscan, I loved the Chim but the Tuscan is streets ahead IMO. Wouldn't want to go back to a Chim, although I do miss the V8. Massively. The Tuscan has far far less niggles and rattles as the Chim I had and the chums I know. Keep it, you'll regret it. Well I would.
After getting your Tuscan to such a good state, i would think very carefully about swapping.
It may be that mentally you just think you'd like a change, if so, fair enough, but unless you like a project/challenge/spending money, it would be difficult to get a Chim in as good a condition/driving experience i think.
I've a 450 Chim, in reasonable condition, kept in a garage, but it still has ongoing niggles. I do like it's ability to pootle about to enjoy the scenery, then change it's character by dropping a gear or two when req'd, but dont you have this yourself now? You can take the roof off, so get two cars in one there as well.
I'd suggest first driving yours on the type of roads/journeys where you can get the full benefit of its' character, so perhaps fall in love again? If this doesnt work, then perhaps time to go to a club meet & see if Chim driving is 'rose tinted' or not, before the big decision of swapping over/selling outright.

OK! ok! I think I have been told. There is definitely a rose-tinted aspect to this (so if anyone knows where W824RSF is, get in touch!).
Otherwise I just need try to make the time to drive and fall back in love with my Tuscan. I've been here before... hopefully it will pass (maybe by renting a garage and therefore making room to run an S6 and an RV8 side by side... now there is an idea!
