Yesterday, after seeing them advertised in Sprint, I emailed Option 1 in Bromsgrove (didn't email them actually from Bromsgrove, but in the comfort of my own home!), and asked for a quote for a front end respray and painting the black bonnet grill and front spoiler body colour. I had an email back today and they seem very reasonable, plus they pick up my Tam and deliver it back as I'm in the 50 mile free delivery radius, so hassle free to boot!
Has anyone else had any dealings with the company before I commit? (Any negative dealings please email me, and not write it on here )

Cheers

Chris

Lo Chris, digested your puddings yet? Shame you two couldn't make it to the Crimbo dinner on Wednesday.

Only have one rather obtuse comment to make about Option1 - I email them three weeks ago enquiring about a full body respray, and haven't heard a peep out of them! Glad they replied to someone anyway!

LOL, hiya ,, we have just got over the Puddings!!! ( we both enjoyed it thoroughly though lol,,, we would have loved to come to the Crimbo dinner, but life has just been too hectic, especially with 2 kids, and 1 part time!! I will endeavour to make the next meet though
I used Option 1s online enquirey form, rather than emailing them, perhaps there's a difference!

Only in phraseology - I did the same

Keep an eye on the C3C board - there's a plan afoot to have a post-Crimbo "escape the relatives" meet on about the 28th or so....

(oh and see profile - my Chim's gone, Cerbie's here!)

Chan noticed you changed to a cerbie yesterday,, very nice indeed , we'd have one too, if we didn't have to take 3 kids!!!

Hi i have been to option1 seems a decent guy and a good size workshop/ oven after a numpty driver drove into the back of mine i went their and had a very good quote from them, i told them i was a perfectionist and very very fussy when it comes to others messing with my p&j, he said if you find a fault we will do it again and again until its perfect, he assured me this will not be the case. it will be booked in to option1 in the new year.
Steve.

Let me know if you get a reply, I really could do with a respray this year.
