Modern Electronic Speedo with old face

Hi guys,

I have a '59 Healey 3000 which is used for regulatory rally’s, the speedo is an old mechanical one and incredibly inaccurate, so I was looking for a company who can update the internals and keep the old face …

Does anyone have experience of this ? pointers to companies ?
