Help!!!! 107mph....what next

A colleague of mine has been stopped on the M40 this morning after being clocked at 107.

I just wanted to know from people in the 'Know' on here could let me know what is the likly result of this???

There is no offence on the producer, is this the norm!..or potential loop-hole?????

At 107 I would have thought he would have been reported, and as such would be appearing at court. This speed would most likely result in a ban of a couple of months. But pleading at court, ie need licence for work etc could reduce this.
As regards no offence on the producer, the offence will be highlighted on the summons when it drops through the post, as far as I remember.
Sorry but I think he may be stuffed.
