Speed bump damage.

So basically I picked up my E46 325Ci about a year ago from a well known dealer.
They informed me that it has only had 2 owners, one of whom was a very old chap who was a BMW enthusiast (great!) and the second,who was a 19 year old "LAD" who I actually know in person.
Basically, the first owner took great care of the car and then Mr LAD came along and wrecked it. There's scratches all over the interior, the CF trim inside is all scratched (HOW?!) and the bumper is just classic. It's an M Sport, and the bottom of the bumper is completely scratched and roughed up due to Mr LAD saying and I quote: "Slowing down for speed bumps is a waste of time".
Naturally, I didn't pay a great deal for it.
Question is, does anyone know of a good way to hide these scratches on the bumper other than a respray? I will have to get it resprayed eventually as paint is peeling some places, but those of you who know M Tech bumpers will know that the edges at the bottom scrape easy. I'm just after a way to cover it up. Anyone have any ideas?
Splitters? Repair?
Respray is coming soon with a new bumper but not for a few months.
