Thinking of an S Class

I'm looking to buy a diesel S class, budget is around 12 - 13k and I'm hoping to get a post 2007 model. My question for the folks who know is what kind of things should I be looking for when I view?

I'm presuming that I'll need to check that all the electrics work, seats move and warm up, aircon works, that kind of thing. Are there any particular bug bears I should be aware of? I know mileage shouldn't really be an issue, but ideally I'd like as low as I can get, under 70k would be great. I know it's not going to be cheap to service, but there's a couple of independents in the area, so that should be OK. I have a bork budget too, just in case something complicated and expensive goes 'pop'.

Check the suspension is all working as it should, no warning lights and the car rises, lowers as it should. If it goes wrong it has so many elements to it, it'll cost a fair few £ to repair.
