Purchased this last year to do a bit of off roading, it had not been used for some time and looked like this:
One small plate welded on the chassis and a few electrical issues later she had an MOT
Didn't really like the look though so got rid of the wheels and replaced the sides with a truck cab:
Since then I've just been enjoying it! Not the kind of vehicle I would normally go for but strangely addictive and can't see me ever getting rid! Parts are mega cheap, so is insurance and since it's a toy and not an everyday vehicle I can live with the mpg. Long road trips can be slightly torturous but off road and local runs it's great fun especially when the sun is out:
