Clutch Issue

While on a trip up to cambridge last week had an issues in that i seemed to have managed to push either clutch pivot arm or the push rod from the clutch salve cylinder through the clutch release arm :-(. Pic below








does anyone have the part number that are used for the clutch kit. As it seems that i'm going to have to replace the clutch as well as the release arm. Want to check and see if it get all the bit before looking at going to one if the specialists to get it fixed.

And this on top of me saying that i've not had any issues with the car :-)
