I created a very similar thing in uni quite by accident. Mates loved it and my better half still regularly demands it! Great made with prawns in a freshly baked baguette!

Hate anything other than breasts, you recon changing the thigh pieces to breasts would be ok?

Breast is fine I prefer it too as its easier, although the thigh will be tastier.
