HELP Seat Reset

I can't believe it,bloomin driver seat stuck,driveable but not too comfortable.
Please run me thru seat reset.
I am concerned that if the reset doesn't work it will not be driveable.
What should I do,leave it as is ,or take a chance ?

Morning, it's in the FAQ.
But if it's not moving it won't help. Is it just one seat or both?
It is scary resetting the seats as it's all the way forward and all the way up. Everyone wonders what do I do if this doesn't work.

Thanks Neil,I done it before,just need reminding .
Just the drivers seat.
I am scared if it doesn't work though.
