Anyone used autocap ?

Looking at a purchase and being aware of all the scammers out there, the seller has told me they have moved abroad and autocap are their acting agent, anyone had dealings with them?
Every thing is saying scam but I'm just doing my due diligence

Yes I have spoken to the seller but still not convinced, I've asked if I can view and pay cash on collection, and was told the company will only deliver the vehicle, at which point I thought yeah ok cheers for the jokes, but saying that they are foreign so may be a bit of a language barrier
I've also emailed the company with all the details to see if they are the acting agents and wether I can view the vehicle

Also I tracked the IP address of the seller and its in a different country to the one they said they had moved back to....... Could be on holiday but I doubt it
