I want to book a ferry/chunnel for this race in March '05, but can't find any info on the time of the race during the now scheduled weekend so not sure what time to book return. Does anyone know, or alternatively what time was the race this year?

Was there this year. Race started at 13:00 local time Sunday and went on for about 6 hours IIRC.

Edited to add: Last year’s race was in September and was combined with the Spa 1000kms title. Best check they’re using the same format this year and haven’t split the Spa LMES round and the Spa 1000kms into two races.

March 2005 ? The Spa LMES round will be in April next year, 16th/17th to be precise. And yes, the Spa LMES race is the 1000KMs of Spa race.
You better pack some warm clothes since can be still quite chilly in the Ardennes during that time of year.

Started at 13:00 this year and lasted almost exactly 6 hours, due to various safety car induced delays. I might still be attending myself if I can save up enough money in time. Awesome place and an awesome event. Last year I walked the entire track during the race. Started off at the bottom of Eau Rouge, watched the first half hour from there, and started walking the 'wrong way' around the track. Stopping off at various corners it took about 5 hours, getting back to the grandstand at the bottom of Eau Rouge with about half an hour to go. Brilliant

Hansgerd,
Thanks - I meant April, honest.
Looks like a late ferry back on sunday.
