SC Chameleon - what fork?

Just in the process of speccing up a SantaCruz Chameleon hardtail - unfortunately having to get rid of my stupidly light, custom built Whyte 19c (XTR and carbon everything) to make way for something a little more kiddy friendly - something which will allow me to fit a "Weeride" to the bike to carry my daughter around in order to indoctrinate her into mountainbiking!

So, the question is, what fork would you guys go for? I was thinking 140mm and looking at the Fox F32 Float or F32 Talas. Anyone know what the difference is?

My proper bike is a SantaCruz 5010c which I think has the F32 Float 140mm and I'm very pleased with the fork but just wondering if I should go longer travel or shorter or if anyone had any other ideas?

The Chameleon will be both kiddy carrier and my winter bike when it's too sloppy to bother cleaning up the full susser and for a quick summer blat when I feel the desire. But there won't be any jumping or mad/trick stuff - it'll be built up as a AM / XC machine.

Pinch the fork from 5010c and try it, if you like it upgrade the fork in the 5010c.
